2.  We will have you walk us to both the equipment and the thermostat. 

3.  We will inspect and test your system, then perform diagnostics to figure out the main cause of failure.  This is included in the call out fee.  

4.  Once we diagnose the main issue you are having, we will present the problem to you and ask for approval to move further with a clear understanding of our pricing structure.  

5.  After that is complete, we will move on to any secondary issues you are having or anything wrong that we notice while performing the first inspection. 

6.   Before collecting payment, we will ask if you are satisfied with your service and if there is anything else we can do for you.  

 7. Once work is complete for the visit, we will collect payment either through card, check or cash.
