Thorough Cleaning of AC

Air Conditioning/Heating Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance and Cleanings are very important for the longevity of your equipment life.  The problem we find is that most of our new customers do not fully understand what a maintenance or inspection really is.  So allow us to outline what they are and in what situation will likely be the best option.

We offer 4 options when it comes to maintenance and inspection in order to make sure our customers are getting the service they need.

Safety and Efficiency Inspection.  $89 per system

This is often the correct choice and the first option we would recommend for new customers.  There is no cleaning involved in this option but we do have an extensive checklist we follow during this visit. To summarize this checklist, will inspect and test all electrical components, refrigerant system components, airflow, duct systems condition and design, system cleanliness, gas furnace components for condition and operation, drain system for proper water flow, any parts and components attached that could be a safety concern if not in good condition or installed properly.  Along with this checklist, we will make sure we ask you about any concerns you may have with system operation or if there is anything you would like the system to do for you that it currently does not.

Safety and Efficiency Inspection with a Light Cleaning  $159 1st system/$129 each add. system

This is often the correct choice for systems that have had detailed maintenances done periodically by a trusted HVAC company.  It includes everything from the Safety and Efficiency Inspection plus a light cleaning of the equipment cabinets, coils and drain line.

Safety and Efficiency Inspection with a Heavy Cleaning   $219 first system/$189 Each add. system

This is often the correct choice for systems that have not been maintained in quite a while, if ever by a trusted HVAC company.  It includes everything from the Safety and Efficiency Inspection plus a heavy cleaning of the equipment cabinets, brushing and chemical cleaning of the evaporator in place if possible, removal and cleaning of the blower motor and housing, tear down for the outdoor unit with a thorough cleaning of the outdoor coil and chemical cleaning and treatment of drain line.

Comfort Matters Priority Membership  $259 for first system/$109 for each add. system

This is often the correct choice for customers who want to stay on top of their air condition/heating equipment performance and efficiency.  This membership is the best chance of catching problems before they cause failures. It includes (1) Safety and Efficiency Inspection visit with Light Cleaning, (1) Safety and Efficiency Inspection visit with Heavy Cleaning, 10% Discount on any needed repairs, 10% Discount on system replacement while on the plan and priority service in case of failure. This membership option is good for 1 year.  The order in which the visits are performed will be dependent on what that system needs at the time. The membership length is one year and is renewable at time of expiration.
